1 cup goat milk, raw, unpasteurized.
  • Or choose another raw, unpasteurized milk such as buffalo, camel, sheep, or yak milk.
  • You can also substitute the milk for plain, full fat goat kefir or yogurt.
1 egg
  • Choose: 1 large chicken egg, or 1 duck egg, or 4 quail eggs.

Optional Ingredients
 
Almond or Hazelnut
  • 1 tsp finely ground (or finely chopped) raw almonds or hazelnuts.
  • or
  • 1 tsp almond butter or hazelnut butter (pure, unsweetened).

Coconut
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut (dehydrated, pure, unsweetened).
  • or
